Dustin Carroll

founded the company with over 15+ years of experience in the construction industry.  Dustin always had a passion for site development since his feet hit the dirt.  As a young boy he would  sit on the job sit where his grandfather worked and was amazed at the development. As Dustin became older, his grandfather's insight and lessons carried over into Carroll Contracting.

Now Dustin has a wide range of duties overseeing all projects, monitoring, and deciding what is best for his clients and employees.

Dustin believes in taking the extra step to make sure jobs go as smoothly and quickly as possible.  Dustin understands the importance of budgeting and planning as it determines the level of satisfaction for each client.
